Wear whatever is comfortable for you. Some assessment or movement-based techniques may be performed while you are clothed, while traditional table massage may involve undressing to your personal comfort level. Your session will be explained before treatment begins.

No. You should undress only to your personal comfort level. Professional draping is used throughout the session, and only the area being treated is uncovered as appropriate. Your privacy and comfort are priorities at all times.

Please share information that may affect your session, including recent injuries, surgeries or procedures, significant health conditions, pregnancy, medications, allergies, skin concerns, or changes in your health. This information helps determine whether techniques should be modified or avoided. Massage and bodywork do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Effective bodywork does not need to be painful. Some focused techniques may feel intense or create a strong therapeutic sensation, but the work should remain within a tolerable range. More pressure is not automatically better. Please communicate openly so the session can be adjusted to your comfort and goals.
